We may also discuss indoor air quality issues that concern you. Finally we make recommendations of suggested upgrades that could save you 10-25% or more on your utility bills. Whole Home Diagnostic Energy Audit
This popular program includes everything mentioned above and diagnostic testing of your home. A blower-door test is used to positively identify air leaks in your home, resulting in a detailed plan for air-sealing and insulation. This tier also includes testing of your combustion appliances to verify the are operating efficiently and safely. Finally, we use 12 months of utility bills to generate an easy-to-read report that shows total utility usage for the home and a roadmap for saving of 25-40% or more.
