Diagnostic Energy Audit

• Combustion Safety Tests on any gas burning appliances. Testing includes draft, spillage, and Carbon Monoxide.
• A leakage test on the house (Blower Door Test)
• A leakage test on the ductwork (Duct Blast)
• Infrared Scan. Cool pictures that help identify leaks.
• Visual inspection of all accessible attics, crawlspaces, garages, etc…
• Gas leak detection on accessible gas lines
• Report with pictures and recommendations

  * For homes up to 3,000 square feet and one HVAC system. Add $50 for each 1,000 square feet. Add $100 for each HVAC system and duct blast.
